You are booking appartment #1808 at “4111 S Ocean Dr Hollywood Fl 33019” directly with the owner NOT with the hotel.
Master suite with king size bed, complete bathroom, walk in closet, amazing views from master suite & living room, secondary bedroom with two full size beds and additional full bathroom, sofa bed in living room (when opened it has a size similar to queen size bed)
Fully equipped kitchen as seen in pictures, washer and dryer and dishwasher in unit.

Resort fee US$40 + tax daily, it gives you access to:
1) Beach service at Esteban's, 3725 S Ocean Dr : 1 umbrella + 2 chairs + 2 towels per appartment.
2) Gym at the condo.
3) Spa at the condo.
4) 9th floor pool with an amazing ocean view.
5) Terrazas Restaurant.
6) please note that $35 per day will apply after the 5th guest and all guest names will need to be provided in order to process the registration with the resort in advance.
Please take into consideration that resort fee is a service charge from the building , not ours! We do not supply beach or pool towels. Our linens and towels are for exclusive use at the appartment.
Values are subject to change between the time of your booking and your check in date with no previous notice.
Condo requires a US$250 as reimbursable security deposit (US$300 if you travel with a pet) payable at check in toghether with daily resort fee US$40+ tax & daily valet parking US$35+tax. ONLY credit & debit cards accepted.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of $500.00 is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 2 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $350.00. The damage deposit is payable 2 days prior to arrival.

Please be advised that Lyfe Resort & Residences imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the
nightly rate displayed on this platform.
These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.
Resort Fee (Daily Charge):
• Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes
Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges
incurred during your stay.
• This deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are
necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
Valet Parking (Optional):
• 1 to 7 days: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes
• 8 or more days: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Monthly rate: $650 per month, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month, plus applicable taxes
These fees are standard across all reservations and are essential to maintaining the property’s premium amenities
