You are booking apartment #3404 at “LYFE RESORT AND RESIDENCES ” directly with the owner NOT with the hotel.
Master suite with king size bed, complete bathroom, walk in closet, amazing views from master suite & living room, secondary bedroom with two full size beds and additional full bathroom, sofa bed in living room (when opened it has a size similar to queen size bed)
Fully equipped kitchen as seen in pictures, washer and dryer and dishwasher in unit with wine cooler.

We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents.
We also ask that guests cooperate with the building's policies regarding emergency situations, repairs, maintenance, fire alarm testing, emergency evacuations, and water shut-offs as needed.
If any building amenities such as the pool, gym, or hot-tub will be closed, we will provide advance notice in the listing description and our first welcome message. It is our policy for guests to read the entire listing description to avoid confusion during their stay.
All emergency closures, amenity disruptions including emergency water shut off's are out of the host's control and are ineligible for refunds or compensation.
Condo requires a US$250 as reimbursable security deposit (US$300 if you travel with a pet) payable at check in toghether with daily resort fee US$40+ tax & daily valet parking US$35+tax. ONLY credit & debit cards accepted.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of $500.00 is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 2 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $350.00. The damage deposit is payable 2 days prior to arrival.

Please be advised that Lyfe Resort & Residences imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the
nightly rate displayed on this platform.
These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.
Resort Fee (Daily Charge):
• Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes
Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges
incurred during your stay.
• This deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are
necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
Valet Parking (Optional):
• 1 to 7 days: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes
• 8 or more days: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Monthly rate: $650 per month, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month, plus applicable taxes
These fees are standard across all reservations and are essential to maintaining the property’s premium amenities
